- 🦐 30g dried shrimp

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking syrup
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut garlic scapes into 3cm pieces and soak in water with a bit of vinegar for 5 minutes. Rinse and drain.
Dry-fry dried shrimp in a pan for 5–10 seconds without oil, then set aside to cool.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking syrup in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste for a balance of sweet and salty.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic scapes. Add the dried shrimp and continue stir-frying.
Push the garlic scapes to one side of the pan and pour the sauce into the other side. Let it simmer briefly before mixing everything together.
Stir-fry for another 3 minutes, then drizzle sesame oil and mix well before turning off the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and let the dish cool before storing in the refrigerator.
