- 60g dried pollack strips
- 3 green chilies
- 1 red chili
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- a pinch of minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Tear or cut the dried pollack strips into smaller pieces.
Slice the green and red chilies into small pieces, rinse them in water, and remove the seeds.
In a frying pan, combine minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, gochujang, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Once the sauce is boiling, add the dried pollack strips, green chilies, and red chili. Mix well to coat the ingredients evenly with the sauce.
When the sauce is fully absorbed by the pollack strips, turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the dish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve the stir-fried dried pollack strips as a side dish.
