    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic

Heat 4 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the dried pollack strips until crispy.

Reduce the heat to low and add 1.5 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp corn syrup. Stir quickly to coat the strips evenly.

Once the seasoning is well mixed, turn off the heat and sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Mix well.

Store in an airtight container. If it hardens, gently break it apart with chopsticks before serving.
