- 🍗 150g chicken tenderloin, sliced diagonally
- 40g spicy cod roe, sliced diagonally
Vegetable
- 🥬 4 cabbage leaves, cut into 3cm squares
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken tenderloin diagonally into 1cm pieces and season with sake, salt, and pepper.
Slice the spicy cod roe diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the cabbage leaves into 3cm squares.
Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan over medium-low heat and stir-fry the chicken for about 3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the spicy cod roe, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry briefly until the cod roe changes color.
