INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon (125g), sliced
 
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt
 - 1/2 tbsp sake
 - 1 tsp soy sauce
 - 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
 
Other
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and pulp with a spoon, and slice into 5mm pieces.
Season the pork with salt and sake, then massage it and coat with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the bitter melon to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes until softened.
Add the kimchi and seasoning mixture (sake, soy sauce, salt, and pepper) to the pan, mix well, and stir-fry briefly.
