    • 3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

    • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Prepare 200g small anchovies, 150g walnuts, 150g almonds, and slice 10 green chilies thinly.

Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 6 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp corn syrup, and 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a bowl to create the sauce.

Dry roast the anchovies in a pan over high heat until they are golden and crispy. Be careful not to burn them.

Add the walnuts and almonds to the pan and stir-fry until they are slightly golden.

Drizzle 2 tbsp cooking oil into the pan and add 1 tbsp sesame seeds. Stir-fry together with the green chilies until everything is crispy.

Turn off the heat and pour the prepared sauce over the mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Turn the heat back on low and stir-fry briefly to ensure the sauce is well absorbed. Turn off the heat and serve.
