- 🥔 250g potatoes, sliced into half-moons
- 🧂 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 💧 100ml water
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the potatoes into half-moons.
Mix the potatoes with fine salt and corn syrup, then marinate for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok, add chopped green onion and minced garlic, then add the marinated potatoes and their liquid.
Add water and soy sauce, cover, and simmer until the liquid reduces and the potatoes are tender.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, mix well, and serve.
