    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup or plum extract
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 a pinch of sesame seeds

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and rinse them in cold water.

While the peppers are still wet, coat them evenly with flour or glutinous rice flour.

Steam the coated peppers in a steamer for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, combine chopped green onion and minced garlic.
