ÉTAPES
Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and soak them in rice water for 10 minutes to clean thoroughly.
Mix the peppers with 3 tbsp of flour until evenly coated.
Steam the peppers in boiling water for 3 minutes with the lid on.
Combine minced garlic, soy sauce, plum extract, corn syrup, chili powder, and sesame oil to make the sauce.
Let the steamed peppers cool slightly, then mix them with the prepared sauce.
