INGRÉDIENTS
- Meat - 🐖 120g sliced pork
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 new onion (150g), sliced
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 💧 1 tbsp water
 
- Spices - A pinch of shichimi togarashi
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the new onion in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm thick pieces along the grain.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the mentsuyu, sugar, and water. Add the pork and mix well. Place the sliced onion on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4–5 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Remove from the microwave, mix the contents, and serve on a plate. Optionally, sprinkle with shichimi togarashi or top with a soft-boiled egg.
