- 🍝 150g spaghetti
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1–2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 🧄 Sliced garlic, as needed
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Baby greens, as needed
- Balsamic cream, as needed
- Steak sauce, as needed
- Parsley flakes, to taste
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef with minced garlic, ground black pepper, and olive oil. Start boiling the spaghetti in salted water, cooking 1–2 minutes less than the package instructions.
Heat olive oil in a pan over low heat and sauté sliced garlic and onions until fragrant.
Increase to medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef. Cut into bite-sized pieces once nearly done.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Optionally, add a small amount of pasta water for a smoother texture.
Plate the dish by layering baby greens and drizzling balsamic cream. Substitute greens or sauce as desired.
Top the greens with the spaghetti and beef. Sprinkle parsley flakes on the pasta and drizzle steak sauce on the beef.
