ÉTAPES
Score the chicken wings slightly to help the sauce penetrate. Season with black pepper and mirin.
Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and sriracha sauce to create the marinade.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides.
Remove the wings from the pan once they are golden brown but not fully cooked.
In the same pan, add the prepared sauce and simmer over low heat.
Once the sauce starts to bubble, add the partially cooked chicken wings.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and clings to the wings.
