INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid body
- 🥕 1 carrot, chopped
- 🥒 1 zucchini, chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the squid under running water and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the carrot, zucchini, onion, and green onion into bite-sized pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the green onion to make green onion oil, then add squid and minced garlic and stir-fry.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add cooked rice, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame seeds to the pan and stir-fry until well combined. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
