- 3-4 tbsp squid fermented sauce
 - 🍚 2.5 cups cooked rice
 - 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
 - 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 - 🧈 25g butter
 - 🥚 3 eggs
 - A pinch of black pepper
 - 1 tbsp sesame oil
 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 - A pinch of sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion and finely dice the onion.
Prepare the squid fermented sauce.
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 25g of butter.
Add the green onion, onion, and 1 tbsp minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add 3-4 tbsp squid fermented sauce to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Add 2.5 cups of cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and add 1 tbsp sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil and fry 3 eggs until crispy on the edges.
Plate the rice, top with fried eggs, and sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish.
