Clean the squid tentacles, remove the suction cups, and finely chop them. Wash and finely chop the wild chives and onion.

Mix the chopped squid, wild chives, onion, egg, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of potato starch to the mixture and mix again to complete the batter.

Heat a pan with enough oil, scoop a tablespoon of batter, and shape it into a round flat pancake. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
