ÉTAPES
Clean and trim the green onions.
Blanch the green onions in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Do not overcook; if the heads are thick, blanch for an additional minute.
Rinse the blanched green onions in cold water and drain well.
Clean the squid by removing the innards and washing thoroughly.

Slice the squid body into rings and cut the tentacles into 2-3 large pieces.
Wrap 2-3 blanched green onion stalks around each piece of squid.
