- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 5 tbsp vinegar

- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mix gochujang, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, plum extract, minced garlic, salt, and cooking wine to create the sauce. Let it rest for better flavor.
Slice cucumber, onion, and carrot into thin pieces. Optionally, prepare water parsley and green chili.
Clean the squid with coarse salt, score it, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the squid in boiling water for 30 seconds. Do not overcook.
Rinse the blanched squid in cold water and drain it well.
Combine cucumber, onion, carrot, and the sauce in a bowl. Mix gently.
Add the squid to the bowl and mix gently. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
