INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 200g somyeon noodles
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Bibim Sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Toppings
- 30g fresh sprouts
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
ÉTAPES
Wash the fresh sprouts thoroughly and drain them.
Boil water and cook the somyeon noodles for 3–5 minutes.
Prepare the bibim sauce by mixing chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, plum extract, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Drain the cooked noodles and mix them with sesame oil and soy sauce for seasoning.
Add the bibim sauce to the noodles and mix thoroughly.
Plate the seasoned noodles and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Top the noodles with fresh sprouts and sliced boiled egg.
