INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken breast
- 5 leaves spring cabbage
- 1/2 cup radish kimchi
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Yeondu seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame salt
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop and prepare all ingredients.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and green onion until fragrant.
Cook until garlic turns golden brown.
Add chopped chicken breast and stir-fry until golden.
Add radish kimchi and stir-fry together.
Mix in spring cabbage and stir well.
Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and Yeondu seasoning, then stir-fry until well combined. Finish with black pepper and sesame salt.
Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy immediately.
