INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g spinach
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the green onion and set aside.
Trim the spinach roots, clean thoroughly, and cut into halves or quarters.
Wash the spinach multiple times until the water runs clear.
Boil 1L of water with 1/2 tsp salt and blanch the spinach for 40 seconds.
Cool the blanched spinach in cold water and gently squeeze out excess water.
Mix doenjang, soy sauce, anchovy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, sesame oil, and crushed sesame seeds to make the seasoning.
Combine the spinach and green onion with the seasoning and mix thoroughly.
