Boiling
- Enough water for boiling
- 🧂 0.3 tbsp salt
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Clean the spinach thoroughly under running water and soak it for 5 minutes. Rinse again and set aside.
Boil water in a pot and add 0.3 tbsp salt. Add the spinach stems first, then submerge the leaves. Blanch for 40–50 seconds.
Transfer the blanched spinach to cold water and soak for 10 minutes.
Mix doenjang, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the seasoning sauce.
Squeeze the water out of the spinach gently and separate it into smaller portions.
Combine the spinach with the seasoning sauce and mix gently until evenly coated.
Serve the seasoned spinach as a side dish.
