ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by chopping spinach and onion finely.
Blanch the bacon briefly in hot water and chop it into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan and add minced garlic.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add spinach to the pan and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry everything together until well mixed.
Serve the fried rice in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
