Essential Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 can tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 2 green chilies
- 200ml rice water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp fermented shrimp
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion into large pieces, slice the green onion and green chilies thinly, and drain the oil from the tuna.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Combine tuna, onion, green chilies, and the prepared sauce in a bowl.
Layer the seasoned tuna at the bottom of a pot and place tofu on top.
Pour rice water into the pot, add green onion, and bring to a boil.
