ÉTAPES
Soak hard rice cakes in hot water until softened. If already soft, use directly.
Thread 4–5 rice cakes onto skewers and pan-fry them in a generously oiled pan until crispy.
Mix the seasoning ingredients and simmer them in a pan.
Brush the cooked rice cake skewers with the prepared sauce and sprinkle chopped nuts on top before serving.
