- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 chili peppers
Other Ingredients
- 🍞 16 mantou buns
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Meat Marinade
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 a pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Marinate the beef with sugar, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and pepper.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water until softened.
Slice all vegetables into thick strips.
Heat chili oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until nearly cooked.
Increase heat to high, add onions, and stir-fry briefly. Then add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry quickly.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Steam mantou buns for 4 minutes in a steamer.
