Main Ingredients
- 1 serving udon noodles
- 150g pork belly
- 🍤 100g shrimp
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 100g bean sprouts
- 1/2 green onion
- 5 mushrooms
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp sesame seeds
- 3g bonito flakes
Spicy Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice onion, mushrooms, chili, and garlic into 0.3cm pieces. Cut green onion into 4cm lengths and reserve some for garnish.
Cut pork belly into 2cm pieces and halve large shrimp if needed. Use peeled shrimp for convenience.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, oyster sauce, cooking wine, minced garlic, and water to make the spicy sauce.
Rinse udon noodles under warm water to loosen them without boiling.
Fry an egg sunny-side up for topping.
Heat a pan on high for 3 minutes. Cook pork belly until browned, then add garlic and chili. Stir-fry briefly before adding shrimp.
Add black pepper and all vegetables except bean sprouts. Stir-fry, then add the spicy sauce and noodles. Cook on high heat.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, and plate the dish. Garnish with fried egg, sliced green onion, sesame seeds, and bonito flakes.
