- 🥬 1/6 cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 4 chili peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1 tsp ground pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the vegetables by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Add the squid and vegetables to a frying pan. Place the green onion on top.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the ingredients, add the frozen beef slices, and stir-fry on high heat for about 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
