- 🌱 1 pack bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion
- 10 perilla leaves
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts and place them in a colander.
Prepare the thinly sliced pork belly.
Prepare rice cakes if desired.
Layer the bean sprouts at the bottom of a pot, then add chopped onion and perilla leaves.
Place the pork belly slices on top of the vegetables.
Add the seasoning mixture: 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Cook over medium heat until the bean sprouts wilt and the pork is fully cooked.
