- 🐖 600g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 4 green chilies, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sugar or plum extract
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar or plum extract, black pepper, and ginger powder.
Combine the pork, sliced onion, and green chilies in a bowl.
Add the marinade to the pork and vegetables, mixing thoroughly.
Heat a pan and add olive oil and chopped green onion. Stir-fry for 3 minutes to create green onion oil.
Add the marinated pork and vegetables to the pan.
Cook on medium heat until the pork is fully cooked.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
