    • 🐖 500g pork shoulder (for boiling)

    • 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

ÉTAPES

Slice 1 green onion into thin pieces.

Cut 500g pork shoulder into thick slices for a chewy texture.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp doenjang in a pan over low heat. Stir-fry briefly.

Mix the seasoning ingredients: 1 tbsp fried doenjang, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.

Heat a pan with cooking oil, add the pork, and stir-fry on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add the prepared seasoning mixture, reduce to low heat, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Pour 200ml water into the pan and simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add the sliced green onion and stir-fry briefly to finish.
