- 🐖 500g pork
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced

- 🥬 1 cup cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the pork by removing excess blood with paper towels and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice and prepare the vegetables. Use onion, cabbage, green onion, and chili peppers as desired.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the pork with 1 tbsp sugar until the sugar dissolves.
Add the prepared sauce to the pork and stir well.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
