- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang

- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a small amount of black pepper
- 🧂 a small amount of salt
Garnish
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
- a small amount of chili powder
- a small amount of sesame oil
- a small amount of sesame seeds
- a small amount of vinegar
- 🍬 a small amount of sugar
ÉTAPES
Marinate the pork with rice wine for 10-20 minutes to remove odor. Mix with onion, chili powder, gochujang, sugar, corn syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Stir-fry the marinated pork over high to medium heat.
Prepare green onion garnish by soaking in cold water to remove bitterness.
