INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🍖 500g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 4 tbsp red pepper powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove excess blood from pork shoulder using paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion into uniform thickness and cut the green onion diagonally.
Prepare the marinade by mixing gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, cooking wine, and minced garlic.
Combine pork and onion in a bowl, add the marinade, and mix thoroughly. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for better flavor absorption.
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and stir-fry the pork over low heat to prevent the marinade from burning.
When the pork is partially cooked and the onion turns translucent, add green onion and stir-fry again.
Finish by adding sesame seeds, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir lightly and serve.
