- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of ginger powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil

- A drizzle of cooking oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork shoulder into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, red pepper flakes, plum extract, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced garlic, ginger powder, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Marinate the pork in the sauce for 30 minutes.
Slice the onion and halve the perilla leaves.
Heat a frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the marinated pork.
Add the onion and perilla leaves, stir-fry until cooked, then drizzle sesame oil.
Plate the stir-fried pork and garnish with sesame seeds.
