Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, grated
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 7 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Marinate the pork with soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper. Let it rest for seasoning.
Grate the onion and prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, red pepper flakes, corn syrup, minced garlic, grated onion, cooking wine, black pepper, and sesame oil.
Slice the vegetables (carrot, onion, green onion) as preferred.
Stir-fry the marinated pork in a pan over medium heat until it turns white.
Add the prepared sauce to the pork and stir-fry over high heat until the pork absorbs the sauce.
Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry quickly to prevent excess water release. Serve hot.
