Meat
- 🍖 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥬 1/5 cabbage
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🥕 5cm carrot
Seasonings
- 2 rounds corn syrup
- to taste black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare and chop all vegetables.
Mix gochujang, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, ginger powder, mirin, and minced garlic to make the sauce.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle black pepper generously on pork belly to remove any odor.
Add 1.5 cups of water and stir-fry pork belly on high heat until 1/3 of the liquid remains.
Add the prepared sauce to the pork belly.
Add 1/2 cup of water and stir well.
Add all prepared vegetables and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and vegetables are tender.
Drizzle corn syrup over the dish 1 minute before turning off the heat.
Add sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds generously before serving.
