- 🐙 180g octopus
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion, green chili, and green onion.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the sliced onion until translucent.
Add the octopus and prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry until the octopus is cooked.
Add the green chili and green onion to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Turn off the heat, drizzle sesame oil, sprinkle sesame seeds, and serve over rice.
