    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp perilla oil
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 1 tsp dashida
    • a pinch of black pepper
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp sesame seeds

ÉTAPES

Clean the octopus by scrubbing it with 1 cup of flour.

Blanch the octopus briefly in boiling water, then rinse with cold water and cut into large pieces.

Prepare the vegetables by chopping cabbage, onion, green chilies, and scallion.

Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, corn syrup, perilla oil, cooking wine, dashida, and black pepper to make the sauce.

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables.

Add 2 tbsp of the sauce to the vegetables and stir-fry until the cabbage softens.

Add the octopus to the pan and stir-fry on high heat.

Add the remaining sauce and stir-fry until everything is well combined.

Finish by drizzling sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds on top.
