- 3 sheets fish cake
- 6 Vienna sausages
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces and score the Vienna sausages. Stir-fry them together with a little olive oil.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients except sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Once the fish cake and sausages are partially cooked, add the seasoning mixture and simmer on low heat.
Finish by adding sesame oil and sprinkling sesame seeds before serving.
