    • 2 square fish cakes
    • 3 finger fish cakes
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 1 onion
    • 2 green chilies
    • 🧄 15cm green onion stalk
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2 tbsp red chili powder
    • sufficient vegetable oil
    • a sprinkle of sesame seeds

Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces, slice green chilies diagonally, chop the onion roughly, and slice the green onion finely.

Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, and stir-fry the green onion to make green onion oil.

Add the chopped onion to the pan and stir-fry until it becomes translucent.

Add the fish cakes to the pan and stir-fry. (Blanch the fish cakes in boiling water beforehand to remove excess oil.)

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, red chili powder, and cooking wine to the pan and stir-fry.

Add the sliced green chilies and corn syrup, then stir-fry again.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
