INGRÉDIENTS
- Main Ingredients - 1 pack fish cake
- 5 green chili peppers
 
- Seasonings - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- a dash of sesame oil
- 🌰 a dash of sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Slice the fish cake into strips.
Slice the green chili peppers into thin strips.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the fish cake to the pan and stir-fry on medium-low heat until golden brown.
Add the sliced green chili peppers to the pan and mix well.
Combine all the seasonings (soy sauce, chili powder, plum extract, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds) and add them to the pan.
Stir-fry everything together until the fish cake is well-coated with the seasoning.
