Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g small anchovies
- 🌰 A suitable amount of pine nuts
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🌾 A suitable amount of sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 1 tbsp rice wine
ÉTAPES
Toast the anchovies in a dry pan to remove any odor and dust.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and green onion.
Add gochujang, red chili powder, soy sauce, rice wine, and 1 tbsp of oligosaccharide syrup to the pan to create the sauce.
Once the sauce starts to boil, add the toasted anchovies and pine nuts, and stir-fry together.
Add 1 more tbsp of oligosaccharide syrup, mix lightly, and turn off the heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top to finish.
