    • 🌱 1 bag soybean sprouts

    • 10 perilla leaves, sliced

    • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 2 tbsp chili flakes
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp mirin (cooking wine)
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • A pinch of black pepper

Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.

Slice the onion and perilla leaves into thin strips.

Layer the soybean sprouts, onion, beef, sauce, and perilla leaves in a pan.
