- 1 liter broth
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by cutting the fish cake into pieces that can wrap around the rice cakes and sausages.
Boil the rice cakes until soft, then rinse them under cold water.
Wrap the rice cakes with the fish cake pieces.
Skewer the wrapped rice cakes, ensuring the fish cake wraps are on the inside.
Wrap the sausages with fish cake and skewer them as well.
Mix the seasoning ingredients with the broth in a pot.
Add the prepared skewers and green onion to the pot and bring to a boil.
