- Alcohol - 1 tbsp whiskey
 
ÉTAPES
Peel the shrimp, make a slit along the back, and remove the vein. Chop the almonds finely.
Heat olive oil, garlic, red chili, and almonds in a pan over low heat until fragrant.
Add shrimp and whiskey, stir-fry over medium heat until the alcohol evaporates. Season with salt and black pepper.
