- 2 bunches garlic scapes

- 80g salami, sliced

- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
ÉTAPES
Wash the garlic scapes under running water and cut them into bite-sized pieces, about 4 cm long.
Boil water and blanch the garlic scapes for 1 minute.
Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water for better seasoning.
Cool the blanched garlic scapes in cold water.
Slice the salami into bite-sized pieces. Ham can be used as a substitute.
Heat a pan with oil and add the garlic scapes.
Stir-fry the garlic scapes lightly, flipping them occasionally.
Add the sliced salami to the pan.
Add soy sauce and corn syrup to the pan.
Simmer and stir occasionally until the sauce is absorbed.
Sprinkle a pinch of pepper or use ground pepper for seasoning.
Finish with 1 tbsp of sesame oil for added aroma and shine.
