- Meat - 🐖 600g pork leg meat
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🧅 2/3 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
 
- Seasoning - 3 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
 
- Finishing Touch - 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
ÉTAPES
Remove excess blood from pork using paper towels.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the marinade.
Combine pork with marinade and refrigerate until ready to cook.
Slice onion, green onion, and chili pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add marinated pork and stir-fry, separating pieces as they cook.
When pork is halfway cooked, add sliced onion.
Once onions turn translucent, add chili pepper and green onion.
Turn off the heat and mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds.
