    • 10 perilla leaves

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp chili paste
    • 2 tbsp cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp plum extract
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tsp black pepper

Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Score the squid and cut it into pieces.

Prepare the marinade by mixing chili paste, chili powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, cooking wine, and corn syrup.

Heat a pan and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry chopped scallions to make scallion oil.

Add the pork and stir-fry on high heat until partially cooked.

Add the marinade to the pork and mix well while stir-frying.

Add the squid and sliced onion. Stir-fry until the squid is cooked and the onion softens.

Lower the heat and add chopped perilla leaves, sesame seeds, black pepper, and sesame oil.
