INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seasoning
- 🧄 15g sliced garlic
- 4g pepperoncino
- 🧂 To taste salt
- To taste black pepper
Protein
- 1 piece low-sodium pollack roe
- 🥚 2 eggs
Oil
- 100ml pure olive oil
Acid
- 2 tbsp vinegar
ÉTAPES
Slice garlic thinly and soak in water for 30 minutes.
Remove water from garlic slices and fry them in 160°C olive oil. Reserve the oil for later use.
Prepare poached eggs by boiling 1L water with a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp vinegar. Cook eggs for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Brush pollack roe with sesame oil and grill using a torch. Slice into desired pieces after cooling.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
In the reserved garlic oil, sauté garlic slices and pepperoncino until fragrant.
Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss with the garlic and pepperoncino mixture.
Plate the pasta and top with poached egg, grilled pollack roe, fried garlic, and baby greens. Sprinkle black pepper and drizzle garlic oil.
