- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/3 cup chili oil
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
ÉTAPES
In a pan, combine vegetable oil, corn syrup, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until dissolved.
Add gochujang, chili oil, and plum syrup to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
Turn on the heat and stir in one direction while cooking.
Once the mixture starts bubbling, cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Transfer the sauce to a storage container and let it cool.
